CONSUMERS:

Request a free* Starter Pack. The Liberty Starter Pack includes six applications of Liberty, a supporter sleeve, instructions for use and an application DVD.  These samples allow you to reach your optimal wear time of 24 hours - or more.

Once you complete the form, a Customer Care Specialist will contact you about shipping out your Starter Pack. BioDerm Care Specialists are notified when your Starter Pack is delivered and will contact you to answer any questions you may have about Liberty.

 HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS: 

Order a Professional Pack. Your Pro Pack contains a sample of Liberty applied to an application model, as well as, information about the product and how to refer patients. You can also order samples of other BioDerm products by completing that same form.
